Hello, I'm Janis King,

I've been a professional Tarot reader since 2008.

I'm a Tarot Reader, Author, Teacher

and Creator of The Life Code Tarot

Over the years, I've read for thousands of people around the world, appeared on television and radio in the UK and USA, and provided readings at the UK headquarters of companies including Nestlé, Pepsi and Monsoon.

But what really excites me is helping people discover just how extraordinary Tarot can be when we begin to understand what's actually going on beneath the surface of the cards.

I believe Tarot is so much more than a collection of meanings to memorise or a way of predicting what might happen next. It's a remarkable system of knowledge that reveals the patterns, energies and principles through which we experience and create our lives.

And that's what The Life Code School is all about.

My Background

My journey has taken me through many aspects of spiritual and personal development.

I've studied advanced trance mediumship at the Arthur Findlay College in Stansted and advanced mediumship at London's College of Psychic Studies. I'm also a qualified hypnotherapist, Usui Reiki practitioner and meditation teacher, with a background in counselling.

These experiences have helped shape my understanding of the relationship between our inner world, the energies around us and the choices we make.

I'm the author of three books; Tarot Mastery, Perfect Match and The Life Code Tarot - A Fool, A Magician and the Secret of Life. and creator of the award-winning The Life Code Tarot Deck, which brings my approach to Tarot into a practical, interconnected system.

A Different Way to Learn Tarot

One of the things I've discovered over the years is that Tarot becomes infinitely more powerful when we stop treating the cards as 78 separate pieces of information.

To me, Tarot is a living Book of Life. Every card has its place, every symbol has a purpose, and together they form an extraordinary language that reflects the human experience.

The Fool, The Magician, The Lovers, The Hanged Man and even the much-feared Death card are not simply characters telling us what's going to happen. They reveal something fundamental about how life works and our part in creating it.

My approach is about learning to recognise these connections, developing your intuition and discovering how to read Tarot as a complete system rather than constantly reaching for a book of meanings.

It's a different way of learning, and one that can completely transform your relationship with the cards.

Bringing Spirituality into Real Life

I've always believed that we are far more powerful in our lives than we imagine.

I work intuitively, with the support of my spiritual guides, but I'm also passionate about keeping Tarot grounded in the real world.

For me, Tarot is like switching on a light in a dark room. Suddenly we can see what's around us, recognise our options and make more conscious choices about where we're going.

I don't believe the future is something fixed that simply happens to us. I believe we are constantly participating in its creation.

That's why I teach Tarot as a tool for insight, creativity, personal growth and genuine transformation.

My aim is to help you move beyond simply knowing what the cards mean, to understanding how Tarot works — and discovering what that understanding can make possible in your own life.

I'd Love to Welcome You to The Life Code School.
